When adding “NAME” on back, please request “last name” only.

We are looking to avoid more than one name and looking to avoid "first initials" before a Name.

Creative Alternatives is an outside vendor that partners with US Squash as the merchandise provider of junior events and national championships. This arrangement offers players the opportunity to buy clothing before the event and pick up on site.

Due to new government regulations, this site cannot accept credit cards from outside the USA. This will not be a problem with on site purchases.
